Buy a CNC plasma cutting machine. CNC plasma cutting machine for sale. Everything you need to cut mild steel from 1mm to 40mm, aluminium from 1mm to 32mm and stainless steel from 1mm to 32mm.
•2012 Dynatorch Super-B CNC unit. (American machine, 1.2m x 1.2m working area, Servo motors, Dynatorch software (easy as pie), Torch height control (imperative for cutting warped material)).
•2011 Gardner Denver ESM5 compressor. Screw compressor, Airdrying unit, Two filters, 24 CFM, 10 bar, 5.5kw, Weight: 257kgs, El. Supply 400/50, Current: 11 A, 5150 RPM, Capacity: 0.67 m3/min.
•2012 Hypertherm Powermax 105 plasma cutting unit. Cuts mild steel up to 40mm thick, stainless and aluminium up to 32mm, works with air only; no gas needed. (Bunch of new torch consumables with it.)
•Computer to run Dynatorch machine with. Windows XP (needs XP to run with this machine), Updated to SP3 with all latest updates.
•(legal) SheetCAM post-processing and nesting software licence, 2GB RAM.
•Dynatorch software with one-year upgrades licence.
